Hexyas LLC ("we" or "us" or "our") respects copyright law. This Fair Use Policy explains how we use copyrighted materials with regards to the doctrine of Fair Use, as described under Title 17 U.S.C. Section 107, in our products, such as websites and mobile applications (collectively, the "Products"). Please read this Fair Use Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Fair Use Policy, please do not use our Products.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Fair Use Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of this Fair Use Policy. You are encouraged to periodically review this Fair Use Policy to stay informed of updates. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Fair Use Policy by your continued use of the Products after the date such revised Fair Use Policy is posted.

It is illegal to use copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright owner. We respect copyright owners and do not wish to infringe upon their intellectual property. The doctrine of Fair Use, as described under Title 17 U.S.C. Section 107, allows for limited use of copyrighted material in specific situations without infringement.

The Products may contain copyrighted material, the use of which has not always been authorized by the copyright owner. Before developing or releasing Products that use copyrighted material, we ensure the following conditions are true:

(1) the usage, after an analysis of the 4 factors in Title 17 U.S.C. Section 107, must weigh in favor of Fair Use, to the best of our knowledge;

(2) the usage of copyrighted material must be transformative, and not derivative, of the original copyrighted material, to the best of our knowledge;

(3) the original copyright owners must be notified to request permission to use their copyrighted material;

(4) there must be a credit line in the Products that clearly states who the original copyright owners are.
